CCBP Summit 2026 — Consent and Release for Interview, Photography, Video, and Promotional Use

By signing below, I ("Participant") grant Child Care Business Professionals, LLC ("CCBP," "we," "us") and its representatives, agents, successors, and assigns the rights set forth in this Consent and Release.

1. Grant of Rights

I irrevocably authorize CCBP to record, capture, photograph, film, video, audio-record, interview, and otherwise document my likeness, voice, image, name, statements, performance, and any testimonial or feedback I provide, in any format now known or later developed (collectively, the "Content").

I grant CCBP a perpetual, worldwide, irrevocable, royalty-free, non-exclusive, fully-paid license — with the right to sublicense — to use, reproduce, edit, modify, distribute, publicly display, publicly perform, broadcast, transmit, and create derivative works from the Content, in whole or in part, for any lawful purpose, including but not limited to:

Marketing, advertising, and promotional materials

Website content, including testimonials and case studies

Social media (including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, TikTok, X, and any future platforms)

Podcasts, including The Child Care Business Coach podcast

Email marketing, newsletters, and direct communications

Sales pages, landing pages, and digital advertising

Print materials, brochures, and event collateral

Educational content, courses, and training programs

Press releases and media outreach

Any other commercial or non-commercial use CCBP determines appropriate

2. Release and Waiver

I release CCBP, its officers, employees, contractors, partners, sponsors, and affiliates from any and all claims, demands, or causes of action arising from the use of the Content, including but not limited to:

Right of publicity or privacy claims

Defamation, libel, or false light claims

Claims based on alteration, modification, distortion, blurring, optical illusion, or any composite or processed version of the Content

Any claim for compensation, royalties, or other payment

I waive any right to inspect or approve the finished Content or its specific use prior to publication.

3. Truthful Statements

I confirm that any testimonial, statement, or feedback I provide is truthful, reflects my genuine experience, and is not knowingly false or misleading. I understand that my statements may be edited for length and clarity, but their substantive meaning will not be misrepresented.

4. No Compensation

I understand that I am not entitled to any compensation, payment, royalty, or fee for the Content or its use, and that my participation is voluntary. Any value I receive is solely the experience of attending CCBP Summit 2026.

5. Ownership

All Content captured by CCBP or its representatives is the sole and exclusive property of CCBP. I acknowledge that I have no ownership interest in the Content and will not use it for my own commercial purposes without prior written consent from CCBP.

6. Use of Name and Business Information

I authorize CCBP to use my full name, business name, job title, location (city/state), and a general description of my business in connection with the Content. I understand my contact information (phone, email, home address) will not be published without separate consent.

7. Children and Minors

I confirm I am at least 18 years old and have full legal authority to enter into this agreement. If any minor under 18 appears in any Content with me, I represent that I am their parent or legal guardian and consent to their inclusion on their behalf, or that separate consent has been obtained.

8. Revocation

I understand this consent is irrevocable. Once the Content has been produced, distributed, or published, I cannot withdraw permission for materials already in circulation. CCBP is not obligated to remove, recall, or modify Content already published.

9. Governing Law

This Consent and Release is governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute arising from this agreement will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Sacramento County, California.

10. Entire Agreement

This document represents the entire agreement between Participant and CCBP regarding the Content and supersedes any prior verbal or written understandings. If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full force.
