Time is a precious gift, you are only given so much of it and it can never be replaced. I truly
believe that, however my actions in regards to time did not reflect that. Time Management use to
sound so daunting. I was very aware that Time Management as an administrator was not my greatest
strength. Yet growth in that area was something I struggled with. Applying the Time Management tools
provided in CCBP has assisted me so much. I am more aware, intentional and disciplined with my time.
The respect for my own time that I have learned has in return given me more time. Isn’t that something
that as an administrator we are always searching for? I no longer feel guilty for valuing my time and
utilizing it to the best of my ability. I am able to be mindful and present when I need to be at the center
and can confidently be away without concerns.
